REBECCA VALLANCE is a high-end ready-to-wear brand from Australia. In July of 2024,Their global purchasing manager approached us with the intention of expanding its high-end handbag business. Following a one-month preliminary qualification review, our factory successfully joined its supplier system.
The brand is positioned as high-end fashion with an elegant socialite style. The first development project included 3 leather handbag styles and 3 evening clutch styles. It has extremely strict requirements for its evening bags, covering everything from diamond embellishments and hardware supports to stitching techniques and adhesive application.
After one month of continuous communication, adjustments and sample trials in the early stage, we delivered perfect samples to the client. The challenges posed by this client lie in its extreme attention to detail and complex production processes, which require close coordination across multiple procedures to achieve the highest standards in both appearance and functionality,Which request the bag is to match their high-end clothing collection.
Solution:
Prior to development, we fully studied the brand’s positioning and style. For the same material, we sourced samples from at least 5 suppliers for comparison and selected the most qualified one to collaborate with.
From material procurement and sequin stitching to final packaging, we implemented full traceability for quality and production progress at every stage. In the end, we successfully delivered products that fully met the client’s satisfaction.
